This reunion site is for verified Timberwolves veterans only. Admin approval ensures that only those who served with the unit can access member-only features like the photo gallery, RSVP, and member directory. It protects everyone's privacy.

First, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact the reunion committee via the Contact page and they can manually verify your account or resend the link.

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address and you'll receive a reset link. The link expires after 1 hour.

Yes — log in and visit "My Profile" from the navigation menu. You can update your callsign(s), years served, phone number, and name at any time.

Once your account is approved, log in and click "RSVP" in the navigation. Fill out the form with your contact info, number of guests, and which events you plan to attend. You can update your RSVP at any time.

Absolutely. Spouses, significant others, family members, and friends are welcome. Enter the number of guests and their names in the RSVP form. Note that dinner tickets are required for each person attending the banquet.

The current schedule includes a golf tournament, a guided tour of the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, a local brewery pub crawl, and the main reunion banquet dinner. See the Schedule page for full details and times.

No — the RSVP form includes checkboxes for all events. Simply select the ones you plan to attend. Some events (like golf) may have limited capacity, so RSVP early.

The RSVP deadline will be posted on the Schedule page. Dinner RSVPs have a firm cutoff so we can provide accurate numbers to the venue. We recommend RSVPing as early as possible.

Dinner tickets are $70.00 per person, including guests. Payment can be made via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.

Visit the "Dinner Payment" page and choose your preferred payment method (PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle). In the payment memo/note, include your full name so we can match your payment to your RSVP. Allow up to 48 hours for confirmation.

It typically takes up to 48 hours for the committee to manually confirm payments. If it has been longer than 48 hours, contact us via the Contact page with your name and payment confirmation number.

The banquet dinner ticket includes a full plated meal, non-alcoholic beverages, and program/entertainment. A cash bar will be available for additional drinks.

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days before the event will be honored in full. Within 30 days, refunds are at the committee's discretion. Contact us directly to discuss your situation.

The reunion is in Huntsville, Alabama — the Rocket City. Specific venue addresses for each event will be posted on the Schedule page as the date approaches.

Huntsville International Airport (HSV) is the closest airport with direct flights from major hubs including Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, and Washington D.C. Nashville (BNA) is about 2 hours away and may offer more flight options.

Yes — a room block will be reserved at a negotiated rate for reunion attendees. Details including the hotel name, group rate, and booking code will be posted on the Accommodations page.

For most events, transportation will be arranged from the headquarters hotel. If you are staying elsewhere, a rental car or rideshare is recommended as Huntsville is a car-dependent city.

Log in with an approved account, go to the Photos page, and click "Upload a Photo." Fill in the caption, date, location, and names of people pictured. Photos are reviewed by the admin team before appearing in the gallery.

JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP images up to 10MB. Please upload photos relevant to your Timberwolf service or previous reunions. The admin team reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

All photos are reviewed by an administrator before being published. This normally happens within 24 hours. If your photo has been pending for more than 48 hours, contact us.

Yes — you can right-click any gallery image and save it. We encourage sharing photos among fellow Timberwolves. Please respect the privacy of those pictured when sharing externally.

Only approved, logged-in members can view member-only content. Your profile information (callsign, years served, phone) is visible to other approved members in the member directory. Your email and payment details are only visible to site administrators.

No. The site is configured to prevent search engine indexing. Your information will not appear in Google or other search results.

The site uses HTTPS encryption, secure session handling, and hashed passwords (never stored in plain text). See the admin's README for full security details.

Contact the reunion committee via the Contact page to request account deletion. All your data will be removed from our systems.
